I have had quite a few problems with the center, to begin with they had a change of company name since when it was Vivanta I never had problems, I found out because I called to make an appointment and I got a message, no one notified me, when I contacted them to resume my treatment after COVID, they told me that I had missed those sessions, when NO ONE had previously notified me, sessions that I had previously paid for, I asked to speak with the director of the center, and they gave me numerous delays, I was never able to speak to anyone nor was I They offered a solution. They owe me sessions and they don't show their face. When I have gone for sessions they are very short I don't notice that they hit me in the entire area. To continue, I have had several problems with appointments since I have shown up there and they have told me that I did not have an appointment, they do not send SMS to confirm the appointment, they do not call you the day before to confirm, things that they always did at Vivanta. And finally, the workers are quite unpleasant, listless, and when asked questions about treatments, they lack training. I DO NOT recommend going to this center at all. I feel scammed and when I go I don't feel like I'm treated well.

My mother hired a minor surgery service 10 months ago. According to the contract, they had to intervene the following month. Not only have they not intervened, but we are paying their finances for a service that was not performed. Can't you call it a SCAM? I go to this Remedios center because of Estefanía, although it is much more remote than the one in Nervión, but it is worth it. The entire team is great, but especially Estefanía provides excellent service, she is a great professional and always makes you feel comfortable!!! All the best. Marisol.

I started laser hair removal with them about 3 years ago, when they were still Vivanta, and both then and now it has worked great for me. When I changed companies I thought I would have some kind of problem, but not at all, the contract I had with Vivanta has been continued by Hedonai without noticing the difference and later with them I made another contract and it was great. Also, the staff is the same, which I have greatly appreciated, since all the girls are fantastic. Toñi Ruiz always takes care of me (I am in her client portfolio), because I get the feeling that she puts special love, effort and care into doing her work and has almost infinite patience.
